Q: What is the working temperature of SANZE Security Cameras?

A: The working temperature is -20℃ to +50℃.

A: The main differences of lens size are: the smaller the lens size is, the wider the visual range is, and the bigger the visual subject is; The bigger the lens size is, the farther it looks, but the narrower the visual range.

A: Rechargeable cameras means that the cameras are built-in batteries and powered by the rechargeable batteries.

The normal electric cameras are equipped with a DC12V/5V plug, which can be directly plugged into the socket for use.

A: 1. 4G card is not recognized, or 4G card is abnormal.

2.SIM card has no traffic or weak signal, so it cannot connect to the network.

A: It depends on the time that the users watch and play back the video.

A: The default recording mode is continuous recording (24 hours). In [Settings]-[Video Settings], you can set the video mode to event video, that is, motion detection triggers video, which can save the memory usage of video.

A: There are no restrictions, and sharing rights can be set separately, such as video preview, video playback, alarm push and the effective period of sharing can be set.

A: After the reset is successful, the camera will self-check and make a’ jingle’ sound.

A: The camera supports setting the motion detection area, and you can block the unnecessary pictures through [Advanced Settings]-[Privacy Area] to achieve the same effect as the motion detection area.

A: It is often used for unattended video recording and automatic alarm. Images collected by the camera at different frame rates will be calculated and compared by the CPU according to a certain algorithm. When the image changes, for example, someone walks by and the camera is moved, the number obtained from the calculation and comparison results will exceed the threshold and indicate that the system can automatically make corresponding processing.

A: For the traditional motion detection, light changes and mosquito flying will trigger alarm, which greatly reduces the experience. Humanoid PIR detection will only follow the person’s tracking when there are persons and faces in the picture, and push the alert message to the mobile phone APP, at the same time a local alarm sound is issued, which effectively reduces false positives.

A: When the privacy area is set, people or moving objects in the privacy area will not trigger the alarm.
